CSAO,
spol. s r.o. company understands the quality not
only as a very specialized field of technical
product specification; this company includes to this
field also a set of activities connected with it. The
permanent part of the company°s quality
understanding is also the care about education, training
and positive motivation of all staff working at this
company.
The long-term harmony of all activities, which are
performed at the company, with customers’
interests as well as with employees’ interests is
aimed to provide high economy and efficiency of all
processes. This can be reached only if one finds quickly
all failures and deviations of the determined quality
and if one notifies and solves them quickly too. This
must occur on all control levels. The target is
subsequently to find corrective measures as well as to
check these measures and to perform the analysis to
prevent possible failures.
Based on the strong-willed work of all employees and on
all preventative means available, the company wishes to
minimalize possibilities how some discrepancies in
quality may originate.
The target and sense of all activities to serve
customers well, to create and maintain the good company’s
name in the quality as well as in prices, delivery times
and in the quality of after-sale service.
The task of all company’s departments and of all
particular employees is to reach the required quality
at performed operations, to perform these operations in
the best possible economy and efficiency, i. e. to
perform every operation well without repeating it, to
perform it in the required term - an this must be valid
everytime. All company’s employees are obliged to
support each other in this effort.
Competitors are not enemies for our company but the
criterion to compare and motivation to become better and
better.
